I bought my very first stereo system from Rick at The Gramophone. I was working in the music industry at that time, and it really worked out great. Later on, when I lived in Houston and then Austin, Texas I called Rick and told him what I was looking for and, as always, he gave me good advice and sold me great equipment. The one time I had a service issue, Rick and his service department handled it quickly.
